How do I order a new C card?

If you want to become a Citadele client and receive C card, you can do it via the mobile app or at the bank’s branch (the service is based on a reservation, book an appointment by calling 77 00 000). When you become a client via the Citadele mobile app, we will send you your card by mail within 5 business days.

If you are a client of the bank and you want to replace your existing card for  a new C card or order a new C card with a new account, it is convenient to do this in the mobile app or in the Online bank under Accounts and Cards:  

• to change your existing card: Accounts and Cards → Upgrade the existing payment card

• to order a new C card with a new account: Accounts and Cards → Apply for new card 

Please ensure that your card delivery address is correct. You will receive your card by mail within 5 business days.
