How do I apply for an C smart card, what documents are required?

Citadele customers can open an account for their children in the Online Bank by selecting Correspondence with Bank → Open C smart KIWIE bundle for minor.

Up to 17 years (including) - if your parents are not Citadele clients, ask one of your parents to come to the branch. Remember, there's no need for the child to be present in branch!
Remember to bring: the parent´s or guardian’s passport / ID card, the child’s birth certificate or the child’s passport / ID card ( mandatory from the age of 15). Guardian also has to bring the decision of the Orphan's Court granting custody or guardianship certificate issued by the Orphan's Court.

Aged between 18 and 21 - apply with a selfie via the Citadele mobile app and receive your C smart card remotely.
