What will change from September 14th, 2019, if I use a PIN calculator?

You will be able to use the calculator in the same way as before, but in many cases you will need an additional authorisation code which you will receive via SMS. That’s why it’s crucial to ensure that you have submitted the correct mobile phone number - otherwise you won’t receive the SMS containing the code.

If you wish to just log in to the online bank using a mobile device (smartphone or tablet), you can activate an authorisation tool built into the Citadele app: MobileSCAN. You can do this yourself through the online bank or by coming to any branch - we will help you.
