How do I convert an additional card on a parent’s account into a С smart card with a separate account?

Up to 17 years (including). Young people can convert their additional card to an С smart card with separate account at their nearest branch, accompanied by a parent (or guardian). A parent or guardian can also make the conversion without the presence of the child by calling 77 00 000 or fullfill a special form in Online bank or visiting a branch. A child or young person with a separate account has access to the app where they can block or unblock their card, change their PIN code or transfer money.
