How do I access the Online Bank if I am under 18?

Ask one of your parents to visit our branch, bringing along a form of ID (passport or ID card) for both you and your parent. A branch employee will draw up an Online Banking agreement, while you can choose your own username and decide which authorisation tool to use - MobileSCAN, code calculator, Mobile ID / ID card. Bear in mind that child's presence is not necessary for a parent to be able to open account for the child.

If one of your parents is already a customer of Citadele and they have access to their Online Bank, they can open an account for you online selecting Correspondence with Bank → Open X smart KIWIE bundle for minor
