Payments

I received a payment from an unknown sender. What should I do?

When you receive a payment, you always see the payer’s name, surname, account number and bank. If you don’t recognise the payer, you can return the payment to the sender, indicating the reason why you are returning it. If the payer has made an error, they will certainly appreciate this, and you will have made somebody’s day and probably receive their thanks.
