Sanctions

Do the bank’s customers have to adhere to the USA’s OFAC sanctions?

In specific cases individual customers may be required by law to adhere to sanctions set by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Please bear in mind that, in any case, we have the right to cease any relationship with a customer or to not process a transaction if the U.S. OFAC sanctions are not adhered to. We comply with OFAC sanctions for payments in all currencies in accordance with internal regulations and normative acts.
