c airBaltic

Why doesn't the amount I have spent match the number of C airBaltic points I have earned?

There can be several reasons why the points earned differ from the total amount you spent:

  • Points are calculated after transactions are settled, not at the time of payment. Pending transactions are not included.
  • Points are calculated based on the total daily amount, not per individual transaction. The daily total is rounded down to whole euros, so cents are not counted.
  • Only eligible purchases earn points — certain transactions (such as cash withdrawals, transfers, or similar payments) are excluded.
  • If a purchase is refunded or cancelled, the corresponding points are deducted.
  • If you had a negative points balance (for example, after a refund), newly earned points may first offset that balance.
  • Points are only earned if your card is linked to your airBaltic Club profile at the time of the purchase.
