Explore the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Credit Analyst within a corporate banking environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex financial data and assess credit risk.

  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English (written and verbal) and excellent communication skills to articulate credit recommendations effectively to Credit Committee.

  • Sound knowledge of financial modelling, credit risk assessment, and industry trends.

  • Competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits. Monthly salary (3500€ to 5000€) based on your skills and previous experience. Annual performance-based bonus.


Explore the criteria

  • Conduct thorough credit analysis for corporate clients, evaluating financial statements, cash flows, collateral and risk factors.

  • Assess creditworthiness, make recommendations, and prepare loan memorandum for complex corporate transactions.

  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and other stakeholders to structure credit transactions aligned with business objectives.

  • Monitor credit exposures, perform periodic reviews, and ensure compliance with established policies and regulatory requirements.

Our recruitment process

We want to make sure you know what to expect during the recruitment. In case you will have any questions or doubts, one of our friendly Talent Project Managers will guide you through.



We usually start the screening process two weeks after the initial job posting. You might not receive any updates during the CV gathering period.


CV screening

We'll contact you regardless of the outcome. If you haven't received an email, it means that we're still screening candidates.



Depending on the role the interview stage will typically consist of 1-2 rounds with different people like the recruiter, hiring manager and sometimes even the team. We often include a technical task as a part of our recruitment process.
