Had an incident? Contact BTA

Within 3 working days, report the event to BTA by phone or by filling in the form on our website and submit the necessary documents: car registration and driver's licenses, a completed accident declaration or a certificate issued by the police.
You can report a claim through BTA self-service, BTA app or by email at kahjud@bta.ee. If you need urgent roadside assistance, call +372 5 68 68 668.
You’ll be updated on the progress of your claim by email or phone. You can also find all related information in the BTA self-service portal.
