Explore the role

  • Assist with digital banking development projects for both the mobile app and Online Bank.

  • Support the entire development and go-live lifecycle, including requirement gathering, validation, brainstorming alternative solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders such as product owners, designers, architects, and developers.

  • Provide assistance with questions during development and testing, and prepare materials for internal communication and training.

  • Assist with assessments and other formal evaluations, while organizing meetings and preparing the necessary documentation.

  • The salary is 950 EUR gross per month (before taxes).

Explore the criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, economics, banking, management, or a similar field, preferably a final-year student.

  • Independent and structured, with a curious mindset and readiness to clarify uncertainties.

  • Proactive and detail-oriented individual with good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Preferably with an understanding of banking and/or IT development.

  • Excellent written and spoken  English skills is required for collaboration with Baltic colleagues and for using internal systems.

Interviews

Depending on the role the interview stage will typically consist of 1-2 rounds with different people like the recruiter, hiring manager and sometimes even the team. We often include a technical task as a part of our recruitment process.
