Explore the role

  • Perform risk management due diligence - ensure that Information Security risks are properly identified, assessed, reported and managed;

  • Manage Business Continuity Framework;

  • Oversee implementation of Information Security requirements in Outsourcing contracts;

  • Prepare, review and update internal regulations, reports and other documentation;

  • Facilitate and participate in risk assessments as Information Security Risk expert;

  • Manage Operational Risk incidents and monitor Key Risk Indicators;

  • Monthly salary (based on your skills and previous experience):

    • Estonia - according to your expertise;
    • Latvia - from 1500 to 2600 EUR gross before taxes;
    • Lithuania - from 2000 to 2900 EUR gross before taxes.   

Explore the criteria

  • Desirable: 1+ years of professional experience in a related field;

  • Bachelor's degree or final year student, preferably majoring in IT, Security, Finance, or Law;

  • Fluent English and Latvian/ Lithuanian/ Estonian language skills;

  • Strong MS Excel, Power Point user skills, analytical thinking, attention to details, presentation skills;

  • Understanding of banking processes (beneficial, but not mandatory);

  • Risk data aggregation experience (beneficial, but not mandatory).
