Explore the role

  • - Be a member of Baltic team with local knowledge; 

  • - Draft legal loan agreements according to approved credit decisions; 

  • - Provide legal support in matters of legal questions to the bank employees; 

  • - Provide support and legal opinion in the preparation of standardized and non-standard documentation; 

  • - Team up with relationship managers and provide legal support in matters of legal loan agreement discussions. 


Explore the criteria

  • - University degree in Law; 

  • - In-depth knowledge in the field of Civil Law and understanding of Financial Institutions operations and the requirements of regulatory laws; 

  • - Understanding business lending principles and related legal environment; 

  • - Willingness to work with documentation; 

  • - High sense of responsibility and accuracy; 

  • - Good communication skills and ability to work in agile environment and multinational team; 

  • - Proficiency in Estonian and English languages (both spoken and written); 

  • - Experience in a similar position would be an advantage.

Our recruitment process

We want to make sure you know what to expect during the recruitment. In case you will have any questions or doubts, one of our friendly Talent Project Managers will guide you through.



We usually start the screening process two weeks after the initial job posting. You might not receive any updates during the CV gathering period.


CV screening

We'll contact you regardless of the outcome. If you haven't received an email, it means that we're still screening candidates.



Depending on the role the interview stage will typically consist of 1-2 rounds with different people like the recruiter, hiring manager and sometimes even the team. We often include a technical task as a part of our recruitment process.



We will always share our feedback and decision regarding your recruitment process. If it’s a match, we will do a reference & background check. If all adds up nicely, we will make you an offer, and hope you will join us to create opportunities!
