How to add the additional user?

If the device will be used by another user, first, a user profile must be created in the Merchant portal. You can do this: Device management > Cashiers > Add casier, by specifying the username for the Cashier and changing the status to "Active".
When a user first time logs into the app, the password is the same as the username. After that, the user can change the password to a new one.
The login name can be freely chosen.
