I have replaced the phone. How to accept payments with a new phone if I previously used Citadele Phone POS on another device?

If you previously used Phone POS on another mobile phone, it is important not to transfer the app to the new phone, but to download it again from Google Play.

Additionally, it is necessary to unbind the old device from the terminal, that can be done in the Merchant Portal in section Devices management - Mobile devices list 

Please note: if you transferred the app from one phone to another, and tried to log in, the device will be blocked for using Phone POS. If such situation occurs, contact us by writing a message in the Internet bank or in the chat of the mobile app.
