Payment limits for the mobile app

The maximum sum that can be transferred in one go using the mobile app is 10 000 EUR. If you try and transfer more, you will see a warning that you have exceeded the limit for the app.

You can make payments higher than 10 000 EUR using the online bank, which can be accessed from the Citadele website.

Also, before making any payments through the online bank, ensure that your authorisation device has a high enough payment limit.
