Explore the role

  • Initiate and lead projects in the Retail organization, ensuring they are aligned with the strategy and the goals of organization;

  • Drive creative solutions that enhance customer-centric offering and experiences;

  • Act as cooperation partner to other key stakeholders within organization to ensure smooth execution of projects;

  • Utilize your analytical abilities to assess projects performance and make data-driven insights and activities;

  • Develop and implement project plans, including designing project scopes, objectives;

  • Stay up-to-date with industry development, best practices and apply relevant insights to drive initiatives:

  • Monthly salary based on your skills and experience:
Lithuania: 3300 - 4000 EUR gross; Latvia: 2500 - 3400 EUR gross; Estonia - according to your expertise;

  • Higher education in finance, economics, management;

  • Strong project management, prioritization, negotiating and excellent communication skills;

  • Analytical skills - part of the daily role includes analyzing customer data to drive meaningful insights and make data-driven decisions to enhance the best customer journey;

  • Customer - centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences to customers;

  • Problem-solving skills - you can identify and address customer issues, resolve conflicts, and find creative solutions to pain points;

  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian/Latvian/Estonian languages.
