Explore the role

  • Investigate & propose technology can be used to solve a given business problem;

  • Choose framework, platform, or tech-stack can be used to create a solution;

  • Define the way how the solution will work, what the modules will be used, and how solutions do interact with each other;

  • Plan how things will scale for the future and how they will be maintained;

  • Work on solution architecture and design, which includes both infrastructure and software application components;

  • Drive and own development of required module(s) or solution(s), communication with the customer and handling all the IT delivery matters;

  • Monthly salary according to your expertise starting from 5200 -  6500 gross EUR gross before taxes.

Explore the criteria

  • Previous proven experience in architecting & designing software solutions;

  • Deep understanding of applications` architecture and design principles/patterns;

  • Experience with event sourcing Kafka & Kubernetes will be considered as an advantage;

  • In application development lifecycle we use Git, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle;

  • Fluent English are required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level;

  • Demonstrates strong facilitation and negotiation abilities, coupled with deep analytical thinking and excellent collaboration skills.

Interviews

Depending on the role the interview stage will typically consist of 1-2 rounds with different people like the recruiter, hiring manager and sometimes even the team. We often include a technical task as a part of our recruitment process.
