How to participate in the prize draw?

Everyday actions could lead to an extraordinary reward! 5 customers will each win 1000 EUR!

  • Transfer one payment of at least 500 EUR to your Citadele bank account between 19.10.2026 and 31.12.2026.*
  • Have an active Piggybank account. A Piggybank account can be opened easily and free of charge.
  • Participation in the prize draw is automatic once all conditions have been met.
  • Winners will be selected randomly and informed individually via an internet bank message by 15.01.2027.

* Private customers aged 18 or over may participate in the prize draw if they make at least one transfer of 500 EUR to their Citadele bank account between 19.11.2026 and 31.12.2026, and their income was last credited to their Citadele account more than three months before the start of the prize draw period.
