Do everything you can to prevent the damage from worsening. In the event of a fire, gas leak, or vandalism, immediately notify the emergency services by calling 112.
If the damage does not require an urgent response, register the claim through our self-service portal, mobile app, or by email at kahjud@bta.ee.

We will advise you on how to submit your claim and, if necessary, select a suitable partner to assess the extent of the damage. The partner will evaluate the damage to your property and provide us with the necessary documentation to make a claim decision.

Relevant before signing the contract

Assess your needs: what kind of protection do you require and whether it is provided by the selected product.
Check the terms and conditions of the insurance contract: what will be the insurance coverage, when will the insurance benefit be paid, what will be the monthly premiums and in what order they will need to be paid.
Check the detailed list of non-insurable events: find out which events or activities are not covered and when insurance benefits will not be paid.
